Corallo is 3D printed pasta.
Inspired by the shape and the structure of the surface of brain corals, corallo‘s form remembers of the shape of a brain. This structure can contain the right amount of sauce in its torsions and hollows which allows intensive taste.
The small form is perfectly bite-size and can be eaten with a spoon.
